Coach / Counselor

About the role
As a coach/counselor at Montgó Lifestyle, you will work closely with a small group of guests and support them throughout their recovery process. This is a hands-on, people-oriented role that requires emotional intelligence, attentiveness, and professionalism. The position also includes occasional night shifts.

Profile

• A degree in counseling or a related field
• Several years of relevant work experience
• Experience in addiction treatment is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with the 12-step program is a major advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Able to set clear boundaries when necessary

Languages & Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (required)
• Spanish and other languages are a plus
• Driver's license and personal transportation required
