Welcome to Montgó Lifestyle

At Montgó Lifestyle, we believe in healing through safety and comfort. We work based on personal background and needs (respecting each religion, culture, origin, or profession) to create a nurturing environment for the mind, body, and soul. 

Previous visitors to Montgó Lifestyle have dealt with trauma or run into a vicious cycle in their lives that they want to get rid of. Behavioral transformation is possible, and it doesn't necessarily have to be in an outdated way.

There is room at Montgó Lifestyle for a personalized treatment program, which is completely tailored to the participant. Montgó believes in peace & purity and will therefore never rush to offer a ready-made treatment plan. 

Montgó Lifestyle understands that accepting help can sometimes be a difficult path, and that the process can be lonely.

Montgó Lifestyle has experts by experience who are professionally trained to contribute to a process of healing. We have experience in creating behavioral transformations in individuals with substance abuse problems, trauma and being overworked. We often ask far too much of ourselves as human beings. At Montgó Lifestyle, we go back to the core.

Private Care

We also understand that it may well be, that healing does not apply to only 1 individual, but would often be desired for the entire family.

That is what we offer, in addition to individual private care, there is also the possibility of entering into a path of healing with several family and/or family members.

Because the treatment revolves around الذكر (which we at Montgó translate to Dhikr - the "remembering and remembrance of the Source of our existence"), we know that the treatment is very effective, and there is no need to come up with lengthy pathways.

Most guests stay at Montgó for about 10 to 14 days, then return to the challenges of their own lives recharged.

This does not mean that you as a visitor will be left to your own devices after that. On the contrary, we will remain ready day and night, and if necessary, you can always return to strengthen your recovery and well-being.

Life is not static. Body and brain are constantly changing. This is also true of rest. What offers rest today may not necessarily be so tomorrow. At Montgó Lifestyle, we dare to guarantee that we know exactly what works for you.
