Are you a passionate coach with a graduate degree and at least two years of experience in counseling burnout, depression and addiction issues? In sun-drenched Marnes, Spain, you will have the opportunity to support participants full-time, working with a multidisciplinary team in an inspiring, natural environment. You will play a key role in identifying needs, reporting progress and continuously improving our holistic coaching offerings. Join us and make a difference!

surfing 25 vacation days per year based on full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Counseling participants with burnout, depression and/or addiction issues

• Coaching in the areas of self-direction, recovery and personal development

• Identify needs and progress of participants and report on them within the team

• Collaborating with therapists, physicians and other specialists

• Contributing to a 24-hour presence and a safe, familiar environment

• Thinking along to improve treatment and coaching offerings

• Coaching through 12-step program Minnesota model 

• Thinking along to improve treatment and coaching offerings

Qualities:

• You work proactively and take initiative where necessary

• You have integrity and are reliable in your actions

• You are eager to learn and open to personal and professional growth

• You are bilingual (Dutch and English)

• You are a true team player

• Experience counseling people with burnout, depression and/or addiction

• Affinity for a holistic and personalized approach

• Excellent communication skills

• Flexibility and great empathy

• Willingness to reside (temporarily) in Spain

Required Education:

• Completed relevant training (coaching, psychology, social work or similar)
