The customer journey at Montgó Lifestyle

The customer journey at Montgó Lifestyle

The customer journey at Montgó Lifestyle

Every client who walks through the doors at Montgó Lifestyle brings a unique story with them. But beneath all those different backgrounds lies a common thread: the point at which someone hits a wall. More often than not, these are leaders, entrepreneurs, or professionals who have kept going for years without ever stopping to reflect. Until their body, mind, or relationships send a signal that things can’t go on this way.

Read below to find out exactly how your recovery journey works

Your recovery starts here

It all starts with making contact

Usually, you start by filling out the contact form on our website or sending us an email. Sometimes you call us directly. Following this often life-changing phone call, we’ll schedule an intake interview in your home country. This interview forms the basis for your personalized program.

Your journey can begin

Then you’ll fly to Spain. If necessary, we’ll assist you every step of the way. If you’re traveling to Alicante Airport on your own, our driver will be there to meet you.

Let's settle in first

When you arrive at the clinic, you’ll first be given some time to “settle in”—to relax, get to know your surroundings, and literally catch your breath.

Your personalized treatment plan

We will then work together to develop a personalized treatment plan. At Montgó, we take a holistic approach that combines intensive therapy, bodywork, nutrition, exercise, breathwork, silence, and elements of nature. Everything is geared toward deep and lasting recovery.

From control to connection

Many of our clients are used to keeping a tight grip on things. But it is precisely in letting go that space for change emerges. The safe and natural environment in Spain invites reflection. You are taken out of your usual context, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and reconnected with yourself.

The Mirror of the Turning Point

What often touches clients the most is the moment they realize just how alone they actually felt—even though they may have been leading a team or a company, or held another important position or role in life. In the Montgó setting, that loneliness becomes visible, discussable, and manageable. It is a turning point: from pushing through to truly feeling, from control to connection.

Back home, but in a different way

When you feel that you’re back on your feet—sometimes even stronger than ever—you return home. We carefully guide you through this transition. We help you integrate new routines, involve those around you, and, where necessary, provide coaching in leadership, communication, and relationship repair.

Aftercare

We offer aftercare for those who need it, so that the recovery process can continue.

The journey begins with a conversation

Every transformation begins with a first step. At Montgó Lifestyle, we take it one step at a time, but with a clear goal in mind: lasting change.

Would you like to know if this trip might be a good fit for you or someone you know? Please get in touch with us. We’d love to hear from you.
